Portland Antique Expo

This weekend I went to early entry admission for the Portland Antique Expo. I was so excited to see so many fabulous vintage clothes, I almost didn’t know what to buy! In a state of giddy glee, tiredness from being a mama and basically tunnel vision spacing out the huge sea of other antiques I did manage to get 6 dresses. I had a wonderful mellow time shopping with Mishalla of TwilaJean and Solanah of Vixen Vintage. I wish I would have brought a proper camera these ladies were lovely both inside and out. I didn’t bring a proper camera so I only have instragram photos, but here is a couple treasures I wish I could have brought home.

My favorite find for myself is this 1920’s white dress. I think I need to play tennis in it! I think I love white so much as it contrasts my nearly black hair. I can feel like a black and white movie. I’m going to go thrifting for an old tennis racket tomorrow.

I can’t wait for the next expo. I will feel a little more prepared and surely come with running shoes on.
